Mr. lybrate-user, Thanks for the query. Olmesartan is one of the newer molecules for treatment of high blood pressure. It ha no action of blood glucose. Increase in after food glucose level is directly depending on the quantity food that one takes. More if eat, post food level is bound to go up quite a few mg. Olmesartan is a very good drug for controlling high BP. Thanks.
