Hello Doc, from last 1 months I am feeling that my testicle (testes) and blood vessels both are getting bigger and I am unable to recognise that its a hydrocele problem or swelling of epididymis. If one or both. Can you help me out. I am not getting any pain over their normally What should I do and tell me the basic cures.
