I am 29 years old female. From 3 months I am feeling much pain in anus area while passing stool. Most of the time stool is stained with blood. Is it piles or something else. As I stay in hostel I am nt able to take green vegetable s and leafy vegetables. What should I do to get out of this pain. I don want to be dependent on medicine always. My life has become hell due to this. Please help.

Probably you are having fissure in ano so consult a general surgeon and proctoscopy to be done to find out what exactly it is, use ointment lox anally before defecation and take plenty of fluids orally and High fibre diet to keep stool soft even you can take syp cremaffin 3 to 6 tsf hs. Proper treatment follows according to examination report, if it is fissure and does cured by medicines then surgery LIS to be done.
