I've small pile kinda skin which came out because of tight pooping and I got it checked with a doc for pile Aust tablet's and milmafin syrup. After 1 and half months of medication I got mild pain in my anus and from utres as well. The pain occurs often and lasts 1 to 2secs. Now I had my periods on 9th Jan again I got irregular periods today 27th Jan. I'm bit worried and I got light fever and chills. Please advice. I never had irregular periods before.
