I have been having internal piles for last 15 days. I had consulted a doctor before and he had given me medications. But there's no change as there is still bleeding while I defecate. I have been taking medicines for last 8 days. I've forgotten to carry those medicines while I moved to another place. What should I do now? A doctor in my area said I could never eat chicken dishes and spicy foods life long. Is that true?

no this is not true, you must keep your stool soft by taking plenty of fluids orally and High fibre diet even you can take syp cremaffin 3 to 6 tsf hs, avoid straining , grade 1 piles can be handled in this way, and if you are still not satisfied with that then surgery may be required.
