I'm 32 years old. I have spina bifida occulta. I have pain while bending. Doctor advised not to bend forward. What is the permanent treatment for this.

Dear madam, Spina bifida occulta is not a big problem. Just do back extension exercises and maintain your fitness. Occasionally you can take pain relief medicine. Lumbar support belt may be useful. If pain persists take MRI SCAN and revert. Regards.
