I heard a loud sound ,after which some tingling sound started in only my right ear. It continued for about 3- 4 hours. Now after 12 hours the sound of tingling is gone but it starts again for some time and goes away. There is no pain and in my opinion no hearing loss. I am concerned what to do. Moreover I am also suffering from Tmj but as I am wearing splint the tmj symptoms are almost gone please suggest me how to get rid from that sound.
