Clinical evaluation of your knee would reveal the exact ligament that has been injured. According to your history. Medical patellar retinaculum and VMO or ACL, Meniscus may be injured. This will be further confirmed by MRI scans. But then: 1. Perform static and dynamic Quadriceps exercises. 2. Apply local ice packs. 3. Medications like Enzomac and Tendocare will help. 4. Report with your Mr. scan. Arthroscopy would solve your knee problems. Do not worry.
