I had a recent brain MRI with and without contrast for ongoing one sided 24/7 Headaches along with Neck stiffness. The findings of MRI are below FINDINGS: The ventricles and sulci are normal in size and configure on for the pa ent's age. There is no evidence for acute infarct on on diffusion imaging. There is no mass effect or midline shi. There are three punctate foci of increased signal in supratentorial white ma er on T2-weighted and FLAIR imaging. Otherwise, brain parenchyma is normal in signal. There is no abnormal enhancement on postcontrast imaging. Cerebellar tonsils are normally located. The sella, globes and orbits appear grossly normal. Vascular flow voids are maintained at the skull base. There is mild mucosal thickening involving paranasal sinuses. Doctor says Migraine but my headache are 24/7.Are they because of Sinus.
