Hello doctor! I'm 19 and a PCOD patient. How do I get rid of it completely and does it cause any further complications in my health? Given the fact that I'm overweight too i.e 72 kilos, is it a very major problem? Thank you :)

Always keep your weight in normal range. Do exercises regularly. Yes there are problems with PCOS long term and short term health problems if you do not do life style modification. Pcos pts can have irregular cycles, weight gain, impaired sugars, hair growth problems. They also have problem in future like diabetes, heart problem in the long run.
