My child suffering from adenoids we consult ENT specialist and he prescribed medicines montelukast and levocetirizine dihydrochloride tablet for night per day one tablet with 2.5 mg but we given two tablets per dad morning and evening by mistake. Please tell me is it danger?

Monteleukast is a very safe tablet. I need to know your child's age and how long you have been giving higher dose. But generally there should be no potential harm. Next time make sure you give the correct dosage.
