I am 23 years old three months back my doc told me that I have pcos symptoms if I didn't take medicine it'll be confirmed as pcos. I have regular periods but I am not sure when I am ovaluated and I have 3 eggs in my left ovary each 10 mm at the time of scanning on 12th day (20.10.2018). Is it possible that eggs grow and ruptured? Can I get pregnant? We have been in contact Up To 21st day. Please answer and clear this.

You should have serial ultrasound scan to confirm ovulation but it is possible to have ovulation without medicine when you are having normal periods and your age is also less so don't bother much.
