Am a 19 years old, guy, skinny, doing gym since 2 months for height increase, I do pull ups, jumping, barbel curls, dips, push ups, I take protein rich diet, takes ashwagandha, shatavari, kaunchbeej, also whey protein. What am I doing wrong? Why my heights is not increasing.

Hi Lybrate-user, Thanks for the query. For increase height, the long bones need to grow. These long bones growth occurs up to the age of 18 years. After completion of 18 years, the growing ends of those bones fuse. Therefore, no further increase in height occurs after that. Doing vigorous exercise, taking protein rich diet will help in building muscles, plus by filling the gaps it may help in increasing the height by about 2 cms or so. Since you are already 19 years, there very little chance of any further growth in height. Thanks.
