As you told it seems you have anal fissure it is due to passing hard stools.I suggest you to take three full meals With plenty of vegetables fruits salad and water and add stool softener in your daily routine.Sit in tolerable hot water For4-5 mints 2times a day.I hope you will improve.For pain take tab Calpol 650 mg.1-2 time a day.
