I found a lump in my right wrist last to last week. Last four five days my entire hand has been paining. I went to doctor and he detect it Ganglion cyst. Do I need surgery if pain persists?

Ganglion cyst are fluid filled cyst if it is paining then then a fluid can removed from the cyst with the help of needle and then decompress it .in painless condition it subsides on its own but in your condition its painfull so you may do removal of fluid and decompression.
