Hi I want to loose weight post pregnancy and also to increase my stamina, can you help me in this is there any diet plan and exercises which I can follow. It was normal delivery and my baby is two months now.

Keep this weight reduction plan a long term goal. 6 months to 1 year. Are you still breast feeding? Start with brisk walk, yoga. If you are breast feeding you need to continue with your calcium. Rule ot there is no anamia. Keep a good diet rich in calcium. Protein fibre ,vitamins. Avoid foods with high glycemic index like chocolates, banana,rice.
