Hello, Endovenous laser for varicose is not a gold standard treatment and does have its pros and cons. It may treat the vein but the pathopysiology of disease remains. It is common for small varicosities to develop even after laser. You can treat with Foam sclerotherapy for cosmetic reasons. Consult a wound care specialist.
