My Glucose Fasting is 273.00 and HbA1c is 11.7%
T-3 is 1.30 and T-4 is 10.50

There is no mention of TSH so it is not possible to know if hypothyroidism is well controlled or not. Ideally TSH should be around 3 mU/L. In well controlled diabetes Fasting glucose should be < 100 mg, PP 150 to 170 mg & HbA1c% <7. Therefore, it is clear that her present control is completely haywire. This needs to be brought under strict control. Otherwise there can be serious consequences. Thanks.
