Hello, There are various options for keloids from silicone gel creams, intralesional steroid, 5Fu Botox, Cryo surgery etc. First you can start with intra lesional steroid injection once in 3 wks you may need 4-6 sessions for it to become flat. What you need to understand is there is no cure it only control. Once its flat with treatment you have to observe and repeat treatment when it starts to come back. Consult a dermatologist.
