Hello mai 7 weeks pregnent hu. Tvs se pata chala bachche ki heart beat nhi hai. Doctor ne eternogest AQ 25 mg injection di. Kya use fayda hoga?

If 7 weeks and no heart beat then there are only 2 possibilities either it is delayed pregnancy or missed abortion. If there is chance of delayed pregnancy then wait for a week and repeat sonography. In both cases inj. eternogest has no additional value.
