My daughter 3.5 years was classified under autism spectrum and has been going for OT regularly. She only repeats the cartoon dialogues and says even a complete sentence. Is there a permanent cure for this or will she come back to normal life other kids.

There is no permanent cure to make her like other children. U need to get her regular OT, behaviour therapy and consult a Psychiatrist for medicinal management of behavioural problems. U urself as a parent, give more time to understand her.

If child has been diagnosed for autism, they must have surely recommended ZERO screen time. If you stop screen time then only she will start repeating your dialogues. Echolalia is curable. And they surely can be mainstreamed. Just continue with Occupational Therapy.
