I have been having irritation around my anus for the past 1 week I went to a local clinic but the problem still exists and I haven't been able to sleep properly because of the pain at first I thought it was anal fissure but its been 1 week and still the pain hasn't reduced a bit, during day time it does not hurt much and sometimes it feels like its gone but during night at around 3 to 4 am I get a severe pain around my anus which then intensifies gradually and again in the morning it reduces.
