I am 34 weeks pregnant with twins. My doctor told me to take dexamethasone injections of 12 mg x3 shots in 12 hours gap. I have heard that dexamethasone effect the cell membrane of brain of unborn child. So is it safe or not? And between dexamethasone and Betamethasone which one is more safe? Pls reply as I am worried.
