I have grade 3 gynecomastia. I have my surgery at PGI Chandigarh after a few weeks. But I am very confused. Should I have my surgery done at a private clinic or a government hospital? Which one is a better option? Please suggest as I don't have much time. My surgery is due in few weeks at PGI.

Hello, The treatment is liposuction and gland excision. Consult with doctor at PGi what procedure they are doing. Many Govt hospitals may not have Liposuction equipment. Also if cost is not issue Private clinic would be better as you would have a better over all experience and personalized care. As in govt it is difficult to provide importance to cosmetic cases.
