Dear doctor yesterday I diagnosis my USG of my scrotum. The results are :- Right testis volume :- 3.0�2.4�3.1 cm=12. 2 ml Left testis volume :- 3.8�2.8�2.8 cm =11. 7 ml ?Right epididymis simple cyst is seen, measuring ~ 3.8�3.8 mm. ?Left spermatic cord is bulky and show heterogeneous echotexture. ?EPIDIDYMIS- Bilateral epididymis are normal in size, shape,echo texture and vascularity. ?SPERMATIC CORD- right cord is normal in size echo texture and vascularity. ?No evidence of hydrocele or varicocele is noted. ?Skin and subcutaneous tissue normally visualized. Conclusion:- ?LEFT FUNICULITIS ?RIGHT epididymis SIMPLE CYST Is this a big problem. Am I will be cured?
