I had bilateral complex ovarian cyst of 8 cm. It was chocolate cyst. Dr. removed it surgically on 14 nov 2017. Before it my period was regular had painful stomach pain. But due to cyst I had vomiting ,bloating, continues stomach pain. After surgery I got period on 16 dec 2017. My second period was also on time after surgery. Dr. suggested me cycloset syrup during this period. But 8 days after 2nd period I again got period. It was very heavy. I used bedshit ones .I did surgery after this. I found 1overy is not visualising in sonography. another 1 overy has hemmorgic cyst of30 mm. For this Dr. suggested me rumigest capsule. Also suggest pause tablet to stop irregular blooding. I am still unmarried. Can this affect my fertility. I am 27 year old. Can I go through ivf. Option in further. Because I have healthy uterus.
