Red spots on penis. Pains sometimes, pains during urine also sometimes if area is rubbed. I am married. Maximum times I have used condoms for sex. Sometimes climax delay condoms of Durex and KS also. Have used clotrimazole creams, quadriderm etc, the med helps but it's not a permanent solution. Also even if I clean the area in the morning then also by evening there is a layer of dirt on inside the foreskin. I suspect its BALANITIS. Pls help.
