Sir my brother is suffering from fever and low blood platelets is about 126000 doctor has tested almost all test results are no dengue, no typhoid, no malaria almost all test done but why blood platelets are low help me out.

Papaya leaves juice. 2 table spoon twice a day (it is little bitter) 2. Amla.
