Dr. I am 23 year old .i married one month ago. I ejaculate during foreplay or just entrance. My penis is not hard and get no fully erection. After first ejaculation penis come to normal form. I start masturbation when I was 14 and continue till 18 age. My penis size is 4.5 inch .how I can overcome these problems. How can I increase both time and penis size and strong lasting erection.
