Sir meri age 31 year hai Meri problem ye hai ki main jab bhi wife ke saath physical hota hu to uske next day se hi piles ki problem shuru ho jati hai uske Baad mujhe jab tak piles theek na ho jaye tab tak physical relation se dur Rehna padta hai. Again main physical hota hu to same problem shuru ho jati hai jiski wajah se jindagi narak ban gayi hai. Pls AAP meri help kijiye apki bohot meharbani hogi. Dhanyawaad.
