Dear Lybrateuser, - To raise your hemoglobin have iron rich foods mainly organ meats, green leafy vegetables such as spinach, kale, broccoli, beans & lentils, eggs, nuts, fruits such as apple, guava, figs, Jagger - also you can take supplement such as Capsule Autrin, daily one cap after breakfast - if not much improvement in 1-2 months then consult a doctor as you may require injectible iron supplement to raise your hemoglobin level.
