I am prescribed tablet vitamin b12 mbson sl (one daily) along with medicines for diabetes (1 Glitaris M7. 5, and 1 Januvia 500 daily) to protect beta cells. Is this necessary? I have been taking Glitaris tablet for more than 10 years. Is it safe? I am asking this because it was withdrawn from market sometime back. My doctor told me that taking it in low dose is not harmful. What is the limit of low dose?
