Sir. I have burning mouth and tongue recurring. Especially my tip of tongue feel soft and hypersalivation is present. I am on Tab. Metolar 50 mg. Trika. 5.mg. cholecystectomy done 2016. Food poisoning is very common and irregular bowels. Acid reflux is high. My teeth is misaligned. Please advice.
