I am a male 33 years old, I was shaving with electronic razer near my genitals when I cut myself near the base of my genitals. The wound healed quickly but after some days it bcm itchy there and skin bcm sort of white. Itch disappears for some day & when it returns & I scratch accidentally then skin bcms red & little blood comes out. What should I do?
