Actually sir I am suffering from PCOS from 2015 and I have taken metformin tablets in abundance and also I have taken myo ionistol tablets but no medication is helping me to get out of this problem. I am obese. Now the doctor has prescribed me to take EVION FORTE and ALDACTONE tablets with calcirol sachets. Should I go for any other treatment?

Life style modification is the first line of management in PCOS. So first try to reduce your weight by exercise and controlled diet. Metformin is a good insulin sensitiser you can take 2 gms daily safely, combination with Myoinostol is not good. Other vitamins like vit E & vit D can be added.
