Hello- Himcolin Gel is for external use only (local rub) which means it has to be applied over penis skin. For best results it should be used atleast 20-30 minutes before sexual activity. However it can also be used daily irrespective of sex is done or not. It induces erection when rubbed over penis. Himcolin is made up of local and systemic stimulant herbs like Malkangni, Latakasturi, Jayphal, Javitri, Laung, Tejpatra, Almond etc. Besides improving erection it also strengthens penile muscles, nerves and blood vessels.
