Pl do little 'vaman' procedure at home i.e. Induced vomiting is required to be done to shed away Pitta accumulation in your digestive system. For this use either Patolpatra herb decoction or Madanphal chooran as per qty under directions of an ayurvedic doctor, empty stomach for 1 day or for max 2 days. After that from next day onward you may take Avipattikar chooran, sootshekhar Rasa and Kapardika Bhasm combo twice a day as per dose decided for you. This time you will not vomit. Cold (room temp) milk to be sipped with 1/4 -1/2 roti chewing together twice or thrice day or simply corn flakes in milk. Do it for 1 or 2 days. Then start normal lightest food like moong khichri etc. Avoid too much salt, spices, chilli write back for any questions.
