I heard aspirin tablet can be used to treat dandruff. I bought aspirin tablet from drugstore n it says ecosprin on the tablet cover .can you clarify me whether it can be used or not for hair wash.

Hi I can understand your concern but kindly do not take these medicines without a dermatologist opinion dandruff can be cured by using various shampoos containing ketoconazole, zinc pyrithione. Ciclpirox olamine etc hope this helps in case of further query you can discuss on my page regards.
