I am suffering from alopecia areata for past 2 years, undergone many treatments and still now it is not fully cured. After taking dexamethasone tablet for 4 months .the effect was retarded. And better now but there is a chance of again getting serious hair fall because it happens thrice in last 2 years .so suggest me how to deal with my problem and prescribe me the further medicine for getting fully cured.

You may be having alopecia areata. This is an autoimmune condition due to the attack of lymphocytes? against hair roots. It results in the formation of bald patches on the scalp. It can affect any hairy area of the body also like eyebrows and beard. It has to be treated properly for long duration until the immunity comes down.
