My 9 month son suddenly having rashes in his body here and there. Weight around 11 kg. Last two days fever only came once that was 100.5. Little coughing but when cough that time vomited. At night also he is very feeling un easy. Didn't sleep like always. It happen twice in last two days. I gave him pacimol for fever and duvent pd for cough what always worked before when ever any this type of problems occurred. Now I am worried for the rashes with the above mentioned symptoms. Kindly help and suggest what should be the medications. Thank you.
