I am diabetic 67 years man suffering from e coli uti infection with warm pee and burning urination from last 4 month I have completed meropenem 2 mg 7 days and amicasin 5 days antibiotics course and nitrofurantoin 100 from 20 days but no relief should I continue antibiotic now.
