I have been diagnosed of Bipolar depression two years ago and recently I have been given Oleanz 10 for manic phase. But I am suffering from terrible low mood and depression now since three weeks. Will a change for a good/top Psychiatrist help?

Please ,consult a Psychiatrist and attend follow up a s adised as Bipolar Disorder is a recurrent disorder, mood changes are known to occur in Bipolar disorder and some time manic and depressive feature co exist together. Please talk to your Psychiatrist.

Hi. I would advise you to talk to your current psychiatrist and discuss your problem in detail. If you are not satisfy after discussion then better you look for a second opinion. Whenever any of my patient is not satisfy with the intervention I always encourage them for second opinion. It is always better for both the parties.
