Is hiv antigen antibody test at 3rd month more confirmatory thn hiv Elisa test as im still 10 dayz far from 3 month have a bit confusion with which test to go on. Antigen /Antibody or hiv Elisa test please help me. And I even assume to go with antigen antibody test. As it detects proteins of hiv virus. If it is negative. Thn 6thmonth test is unnecessary rite please help me out with my doubt please doctor.

For confirm your status you can go for HIV 1 Proviral DNA TEST after 17 days of exposure.

Please do not do any expensive tests, like RNA or DNA. At 90 days you can do ELISA test, better would be forth generation. No need of antigen test. Also do HBsAg and VDRL tests. If still confused please take private consult with audio video chat and then I can guide you properly.
