We are trying to conceive for last 8 months. I am 31 and husband is 41. My period is quite regular. Its in between 31 to 36 days. Have no medical issue. Should we consult a doctor? What should we do?

You should consult an infertility specialist if you are not able to conceive after 1 year of regular unprotected intercourse. Ovulation (release of egg from the ovary) occurs around 14 days before your next menses. In your case it will be around 17th to 22nd day of your cycle. You should plan intercourse on day 16, 18, 20 and 22 of your cycle.
