Dear Lybrateuser, - The best natural source for vit d is sunlight, a walk for 10-15 min in morning sunlight is required, dietary rich sources are fish like salmon, tuna, mackeral, organ meat like liver, eggs, cheese, milk & fortified milk, orange juice, cereals - calcium rich foods are milk & milk products - take vit d & calcium supplements for deficiency.
