Choroid plexus cyst is normally found in about 2.5% of pregnancies, usually they disappear by 24 weeks ,are of concern if are bilateral >10 mm ,multiple or maternal age >35 yrs. Renal pelviectasis is normally seen in about 4-5% of pregnancies ,in most cases resolve by 3rd trimester of pregnancy. If any of the two are seen in isolation then nothing to be done. Both are alse minor soft marker for trisomy 21 (downs syndrome), if 2or>2 soft markers are present then if patient is willing can go for amniocentesis for fetal karyotyping or for nipt test,
