I'm suffering from diabetes insipidus since last 8 yrs. Latest mri results shows small pituitary measuring 2-3 mm with no posterior signal. What's the cause of DI and what happens if pituitary size reduces?

Cause of DI is under active posterior pituitary gland and low ADH hormone. With small pituitary gland, tests should be done to find out levels of other pituitary hormones and replacement therapy for low hormones.
