I had stones in saliva glands and removed by sial endoscopy. allopathy suggested surgery and removal of saliva gland is the only solution. But I have been managing from more than 5 years without surgery as one ENT specialist suggested to rethink of surgery if the problem persists any time and I am adopting it. Will infection in saliva gland leads to cancer if untreated with surgery? What is the homoeopathic remedy for it?
