Hi, How can iron deficiency be met apart from taking iron supplements? And what is the normal level of iron in girls?

Dear Lybrateuser, - To maintain normal iron levels have a diet rich in iron containing foods like green leafy vegetables such as spinach, kale, broccoli, fruits such as guava, apples, beans, lentils, pulses, sprouts, nuts, dry fruits, non veg especially organ meats like liver, fortified dairy products & Jaggery - normal hemoglobin level for girls is between 12- 15 gm%.
