I am 28 male. I am feeling heat sensations in my testicles for past 2 months along with redness and feeling of thinning of skin of testicles. I am also facing erectile dysfunction and premature ejaculation. Sometimes I ejaculate even before getting an erection. I have been smoking marijuana for last 2 years and I have quit it 1 month back. I am also smoking cigarettes for last 4 years quite regularly and I am trying to quit it. I am facing psychological stress which is also contributing to problem. How can this be resolved? Is this a permanent problem?
